Giant Christmas Animal Trail Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Bentall Centre, Kingston Upon Thames, UK.
 
2. Eligibility:
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of The Bentall Centre, associated retailers, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
 
3. How to Enter:
  • The competition will run at The Bentall Centre in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
  • To enter, participants must:
    1. Complete the Giant Christmas Animal Trail using the in centre QR codes.
    2. Enter the prize draw at the final stop of the Giant Christmas Animal Trail via the QR code and enter your details.
  • Only one entry per person, will be accepted.

 

4. Competition Period:
  • The competition will run from Thursday 13th November 2025 to Friday 19th December 2025
  • Entries received outside of these times will not be counted.
 
5. Prize:
  • The prize is £100 worth of gift vouchers to spend at the retailers at The Bentall Centre.
  • There are one prize in total.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
 
6. Winner Selection:
  • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the competition closing.
  • Winners must respond within five days to claim their prize. If they fail to do so, The Bentall Centre reserves the right to select another winner.
 
7. Prize Collection:
  • Winners must collect their prize in person from The Bentall Centre at an agreed date and time.
  • Proof of identity may be required when collecting the prize.
 
8. Publicity: By entering, winners agree to their name and, if they consent, image being used for reasonable promotional purposes on The Bentall Centre’s social media channels.
 
9. Liability:
  • The Bentall Centre accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries due to technical failures or issues beyond the Centre’s control.
  • The Bentall Centre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
 
10. General:
  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
